Rottinghaus Company Inc., Subway® franchise, in Norman, OK, is hiring a Sandwich Artist to join our fast-paced team. You will be the face of Subway®, crafting delicious subs and delivering smiles with every order.

We provide training and room to grow as you become proficient in sandwich prep, baking, packaging, and customer service. We offer starting pay of $12.50/hour plus tips, paid training, flexible scheduling to fit your life, employee discounts on food, free beverages while you work, free

What You’ll do:

You’ll be the face of Subway®, crafting delicious, picture-perfect subs and delivering smiles with every order. We’ll train you in sandwich prep, baking, packaging, and customer service so you can shine from day one!

• Welcome every guest with a warm smile
• Build sandwiches to perfection using our standard formulas
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Keep the store sparkling clean—inside and out
• Prep fresh ingredients like onions, tomatoes, and green peppers
• Take out trash and recyclables, sweep and mop floors
• Follow all operational procedures and complete cleaning checklists
• Lift up to 25 pounds and maintain a safe, organized workspace
• Record employee meals and voids properly
• Provide friendly, professional service to every customer
