Job summary

Rottinghaus Company Inc., a Subway franchisee, is hiring for Sandwich Artist to deliver great food and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be trained in sandwich prep, baking, packaging, and cashier duties, with opportunities for part-time or longer-term roles. Starting pay is $12.00 per hour plus tips, with flexible scheduling and employee discounts.

All team members work in a clean, grease-free environment, with free beverages, uniforms provided, and room to grow.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a warm smile
• Build sandwiches to perfection using our standard formulas
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Keep the store sparkling clean—inside and out
• Prep fresh ingredients like onions, tomatoes, and green peppers
• Take out trash and recyclables, sweep and mop floors
• Follow all operational procedures and complete cleaning checklists
• Lift up to 25 pounds and maintain a safe, organized workspace
• Record employee meals and voids properly
• Provide friendly, professional service to every customer
