Job summary

Rottinghaus Company Inc., Subway franchisee, is expanding and looking for passionate individuals to join our team as Sandwich Artists.

You’ll be trained in sandwich prep, baking, packaging and customer service, earning $12.50/hour plus tips. We offer paid training, flexible scheduling, free beverages and uniforms, and a clean, grease-free work environment. Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a warm smile
• Build sandwiches to perfection using our standard formulas
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Keep the store sparkling clean—inside and out
• Prep fresh ingredients like onions, tomatoes, and green peppers
• Take out trash and recyclables, sweep and mop floors
• Follow all operational procedures and complete cleaning checklists
• Lift up to 25 pounds and maintain a safe, organized workspace
• Record employee meals and voids properly
• Provide friendly, professional service to every customer
