Rottinghaus Company Inc., a proud Subway franchisee, is expanding and hiring friendly, motivated individuals to join our team as Sandwich Artists in La Crosse, Wisconsin. You’ll craft delicious subs, greet guests with a smile, and learn sandwich prep, baking, and customer service.

We offer competitive pay starting at $14.00 per hour plus tips, paid training, flexible scheduling, free beverages and uniforms, and opportunities for career growth. No experience is required; you must be at least 16.

What You’ll do:

• You’ll be the face of Subway®, crafting delicious, picture-perfect subs and delivering smiles with every order. We’ll train you in sandwich prep, baking, packaging, and customer service so you can shine from day one!
• Welcome every guest with a warm smile
• Build sandwiches to perfection using our standard formulas
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Keep the store sparkling clean—inside and out
• Prep fresh ingredients like onions, tomatoes, and green peppers
• Take out trash and recyclables, sweep and mop floors
• Follow all operational procedures and complete cleaning checklists
• Lift up to 25 pounds and maintain a safe, organized workspace
• Record employee meals and voids properly
• Provide friendly, professional service to every customer
