Description

Job Purpose: To ensure a high-quality customer experience and recommend double meat, bacon, or higher-priced sandwiches. Demonstrate enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards customers and co-workers.

Duties:

1. Perform duties at assigned stations as detailed in the Operations Manual.
2. Become cross-trained in various job stations as directed.
3. Provide excellent customer service and handle diverse customer interactions.
4. Prepare sandwiches, salads, and wraps.
5. Operate POS system/cash register.
6. Slice vegetables and assist in food preparation.
7. Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes, wiping tables, countertops, and chairs.
8. Sweep floors in work areas.
9. Manage cash and product accountability.
10. Handle cash-ins at each shift.
11. Take inventory regularly.
12. Lift up to 25 pounds.
13. Perform other related tasks as required.
