Tipton Sports Academy is expanding its padel coaching programme and seeks an enthusiastic coach to support growth within a pay-and-play environment. You will deliver structured group sessions and individual lessons, aligning activities with the centre's booking system to build a welcoming padel community.

The role focuses on developing players of all ages and abilities, coordinating sessions with staff, and promoting opportunities while maintaining high safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Recognised padel coaching qualification (e.g., LTA in the UK or international equivalent).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience coaching mixed ability groups and individuals.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.

Tipton Sports Academy is expanding its racquet sports programme and is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Padel Coach to support the growth of this fast developing sport. This role is ideal for a coach who can deliver high quality sessions while working flexibly within our established pay and play environment.

About The Role

The successful candidate will deliver structured group coaching sessions and organised individual lessons, ensuring all activity aligns with the centre’s court booking system. You will play a key role in developing players of all ages and abilities, helping to build a welcoming and inclusive padel community.
