Qualifications

• Fluent in English and ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience coaching padel at a competitive level is essential.

• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for teaching and player development.
• Certified padel coach or equivalent national federation certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver private lessons, group clinics, and tailored programs.
• Design structured training sessions focusing on technique and match play.
• Support onboarding new players into the sport.
• Coordinate with club staff to manage court scheduling and coaching calendars and help direct players to other channels of the community.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and hospitality on and off the court.

About The Role

As a Padel Coach at Padel Haus, you will be at the heart of our player community by teaching, inspiring, and growing the sport we love. You will work alongside a team of passionate coaches and club staff across our locations to deliver a world‑class on‑court experience for players at every level, from first‑timers picking up a racket to competitive club members chasing their next milestone.

What You Will Do

• Deliver private lessons, group clinics, and other programs tailored to players of all skill levels
• Design and lead structured training sessions that develop technique, tactics, and match play
