Key Responsibilities

• Deliver padel instruction to players of all levels, from beginners to advanced, in private and group lessons.
• Promote and lead padel clinics, private lessons, events, and programs to attract and retain clients.
• Educate players on the rules of padel, scoring systems, safety procedures, and court etiquette.
• Enforce club policies and ensure proper use of equipment and facilities.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
