Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; sanding/finishing experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Safe and proficient use of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Sand, grind, and finish materials to meet quality and appearance standards.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect surfaces for imperfections and ensure a consistent finish.
• Prepare products for painting, coating, or assembly.
• Maintain production schedules with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Follow safety procedures and keep a clean work area.
• Assist with material handling and moving products in production areas.
• Document production activity and report defects or concerns.
