Job summary

Bass Cat & Yar-Craft Boats is seeking a dedicated worker to join our manufacturing team as a sandblast/weld prep technician. This first shift role runs 6:00 am to 2:30 pm and requires safety-sensitive compliance, including drug testing and respirator training when applicable.

You will sandblast trailers, cut parts for welding, perform routine maintenance, and collaborate with teammates in a non-climate-controlled plant environment.

Qualifications

• Sandblasting experience required.
• Willingness to cross-train in welding department.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Sandblasting and using proper PPE.
• Cut parts for welding department using the Iron Worker.
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
