Horsepower Automotive Group (HPAG) in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Sandblaster to operate sandblast equipment and maintain a clean, safe work area. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with an air-conditioned facility and competitive hourly pay based on experience.

You will join a multi-brand organization and receive full benefits, weekly pay, and tools provided. Prior sandblast experience is a plus, with training available for the right candidate.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 or older.
• Previous sandblast experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds.

The Role

The Sandblaster is responsible for the daily operation of sandblast equipment, basic machine maintenance, and keeping the work area clean and organized to ensure safety and peak performance.

Responsibilities

• Daily operation of sandblasting equipment
• Basic setup and shutdown of the sandblast facility
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of work area
• Basic hand tool and power tool use
• Troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong judgment and problem-solving ability
