Job summary

Horsepower Automotive Group in Chandler, Arizona, is seeking a Sandblaster to operate sandblast equipment daily, maintain a clean, safe work area, and support production goals.

You'll lift 50–100 pounds, work a Monday–Friday schedule, and receive a full benefits package along with tools and equipment provided. Training is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous sandblast experience is a plus, but training provided.
• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Detail-oriented with safety and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Daily operation of sandblasting equipment.
• Basic setup and shutdown of the sandblast facility.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of work area.
• Basic hand tool and power tool use.

The Role

The Sandblaster is responsible for the daily operation of sandblast equipment, basic machine maintenance, and keeping the work area clean and organized to ensure safety and peak performance.

Responsibilities

• Daily operation of sandblasting equipment
• Basic setup and shutdown of the sandblast facility
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of work area
• Basic hand tool and power tool use
• Troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise
