You will operate sandblasting equipment to prepare and clean metal surfaces, remove coatings, and inspect work to meet quality standards, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior sandblasting or industrial experience preferred.
• Experience operating industrial equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable working around dust, noise, and industrial equipment.
