Responsibilities

• Operate controls used in the production process or assist machine operators.
• Perform general labor such as plant clean-up and housekeeping.
• Follow directions and complete tasks in a timely manner with or without close supervision.
• Communicate with shift leads and Production Superintendent about process issues.
• Assist with plant maintenance and inspections for wear or problems.
• Assist maintenance techs with routine maintenance tasks such as greasing and belt changes.
• Help train belts for proper tracking and assist with other assigned duties.
