Dow Jones Risk & Compliance seeks an experienced Lists Analyst to join our Princeton-based team. You will research, verify and update data on individuals and entities on official sanctions lists, supporting global compliance objectives.

You will collaborate with editors and automation staff to improve processes, handle data quality issues, and contribute to new automation projects. The role requires English fluency and a responsive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience working with sanctions data from EU/USA/UK/UN and other bodies.
• Attention to detail and quality focus in data handling.
• Ability to work in a global, multilingual team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks within set deadlines and existing processes.
• Proof the accuracy of Special Lists data produced by the team.
• Ensure data consistency, accuracy and timeliness across content.
