Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Liaise with business, operations, and technology divisions to provide expert guidance on sanctions matters, including funds transfers, securities trades, complex transactions and investment banking deals.
• Undertake assessments and investigations of sanctions matters, including escalations under US, UK, and EU regulations, and regulatory reporting.
• Advise on sanctions regulations as they relate to key controls within the broader sanctions framework.
• Assist in managing regulatory and internal audit exams; engage with OFAC and other agencies as needed.
• Ensure metrics, deadlines, and record-keeping obligations are met.
• Contribute to sanctions-specific and FCC governance forums and training.
