Job summary

Flowly Solutions in San Jose is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage material movement, receiving, picking, and staging. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and safety in a fast-paced Bay Area logistics environment.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, using scanners, operating equipment, and maintaining inventory with cycle counts. Schedule is Mon-Fri 6:00 AM–2:30 PM with weekends off; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or labor is preferred.
• Experience with handheld barcode scanners or WMS is a plus; onsite training provided.
• Strong numeric and inventory verification skills are essential.
• Clear communication and ability to follow SOPs consistently.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and unload inbound shipments with packing-slip checks.
• Pick, audit, and stage customer orders using pick lists and scanners.
• Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks to move inventory safely.
• Perform cycle counts and stock replenishment to keep records accurate.
• Collaborate with packaging/logistics to hit daily fulfillment targets.
