Caring Transitions San Diego, a field-based operations team, seeks a structured, decisive Project & Field Operations Manager to oversee daily field operations for moves and auctions across San Diego County. You will report to ownership, enforce SOPs, lead on-site teams, ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope, and maintain labor efficiency with margins.

• Comfortable working in active, physical job environments and travel within San Diego County.
