Job summary

Group Management Services (GMS) is seeking a high-energy Benefits Sales Representative to join our Benefits Sales Team. You will meet with clients obtained through warm leads, discuss benefit options, and develop quotes using a consultative sales approach.

Responsibilities include presenting proposals to decision makers of small businesses, supporting implementation, and facilitating employee roll-outs. Qualifications include 1–2 years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree, and Life/Health

Qualifications

• 1-2 years related experience required; Experience in health insurance or customer service preferred
• Current State's License in Life and Health insurance is required or may be obtained within 90 days of employment
• Valid driver's license is required for travel

• Base Salary Range between $65,000-$75,000 + Uncapped, Residual Commissions.
• Mileage Reimbursement

Qualifications for this role:
