Group Management Services is hiring Outside Sales Representatives to join a high-energy, entrepreneurial team. This role emphasizes 100% B2B new business development and owning your book of business from day one.

You will prospect and manage the full sales cycle from cold calls to contracts, with daily hunting and in-person intro meetings. The position offers a $50K-$65K base, uncapped commissions, KPI bonuses, and comprehensive benefits, PTO, and training opportunities.

Qualificações

• Experience in B2B sales or outside sales is preferred.
• Strong prospecting and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication and resilience.
