CSC Management is seeking a Leasing Agent for our San Antonio, TX location. The role focuses on leasing, marketing, and delivering excellent resident experiences. You will lead property tours, process applications, and collaborate with the team to maximize occupancy and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in real estate/leasing, marketing, or sales preferred.
• Awareness of rental landscape in San Antonio, TX.
• Proficient knowledge and willingness to learn Microsoft Office Suite, Email, Dropbox, Google Drive, and Entrata.

Responsibilities

• Lead tours with prospective residents to secure leases.
• Market the property and broaden exposure for available apartments.
• Process lease applications and verification, and notify applicants of results.
• Complete lease paperwork and related addenda per CSC policy.
• Accept rent and deposits and provide receipts on request; maintain accurate records.
• Document all resident communications in the lease file; assist in daily/weekly reports.
• Assist Manager with outreach marketing and market surveys as needed.
• Accompany outside vendors on service calls for occupied units.
