Samsung and 2020 Companies are seeking a passionate Senior Experience Store Specialist to join our team in Bloomington, MN. You’ll work as a player-coach on the sales floor, delivering immersive experiences with Samsung products while guiding your team to success and ensuring smooth daily operations.

This full-time role requires opening/closing the store, engaging customers, discovering needs with open-ended questions, performing basic device troubleshooting, and driving strong sales performance

Step into our interactive and fun product theater, where you’ll treat shoppers to an immersive experience with Samsung’s exceptional products and services. As a Senior Experience Store Specialist, you are the life force of your store and a "player-coach" for the team. Your mission is to create a vibrant, engaging, and positive atmosphere where customers feel empowered to explore and fall in love with Samsung technology, all while guiding and inspiring your team to success. With your entrepreneurial spirit, every customer engagement is a personalized concierge experience. You'll build trust from the moment they walk in, ask the right questions to uncover their needs, and guide them to their ideal tech solutions. You will also be responsible for opening and closing the store and supporting store management with the day-to‑day operations.

Pay

$23.00 per hour

Job Description

• Act as a player-coach, leading by example on the sales floor while providing guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Support store management with day-to-day operational tasks, including but not limited to inventory checks, operational reporting, and ensuring brand standards are met.
• Be responsible for opening and closing the store, ensuring all procedures are followed with precision and care.

• Show off your technical skills by providing basic device troubleshooting, diagnosing mobile device issues, and facilitating service tickets.
• Master the art of the upsell, confidently recommending product bundles and complementary items.
