Samsung Experience Store in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Senior Experience Store Specialist. You will lead by example on the sales floor, coach teammates, and ensure store operations run smoothly from opening to closing. The role combines hands-on sales with customer-first service.

As a full-time, regular position, you’ll engage customers with questions, tailor tech solutions, perform basic troubleshooting, and push bundles while supporting management with daily tasks and brand standards.

Step into our interactive and fun product theater, where you’ll treat shoppers to an immersive experience with Samsung’s exceptional products and services. As a Senior Experience Store Specialist, you are the life force of your store and a "player-coach" for the team. Your mission is to create a vibrant, engaging, and positive atmosphere where customers feel empowered to explore and fall in love with Samsung technology, all while guiding and inspiring your team to success. With your entrepreneurial spirit, every customer engagement is a personalized concierge experience. You'll build trust from the moment they walk in, ask the right questions to uncover their needs, and guide them to their ideal tech solutions. You will also be responsible for opening and closing the store and supporting store management with the day-to-day operations.

Pay

$23.00 per hour

Job Description

• Act as a player-coach, leading by example on the sales floor while providing guidance and mentorship to team members.

• Show off your technical skills by providing basic device troubleshooting, diagnosing mobile device issues, and facilitating service tickets.
• Master the art of the upsell, confidently recommending product bundles and complementary items.
• Handle customer escalations with empathy and a can-do attitude, turning a negative experience into a positive solution.
• Crush your personal sales goals while helping the team hit its overall performance targets.
