2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to promote Samsung Electronics products inside a Best Buy in Fredericksburg, VA. You will demonstrate, sell, and promote devices while delivering excellent customer service and product knowledge.

The role involves building relationships with store staff, meeting sales goals, and participating in ongoing training with provided apparel and devices. Evening/weekend hours are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and high-demand retail holidays.

Responsabilités

• Drive sellout of Samsung products within a Best Buy store.
• Uncover customer needs and recommend Samsung products accordingly.
• Build confidence in Samsung products for staff and customers.
• Develop partnerships with Best Buy staff to meet goals.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals monthly.
• Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
• Ensure brand standards in merchandising, installation, and cleanliness.
