This Metric includes: Overall Stop Loss, BM Stop Loss, PM Stop Loss, NSP Stop Loss, MTTP and MTBi.• PM performance analysis via TPSS• Ensure SOP’s are appropriately tied to TCCI [Task Certification Compliance Interlock]• Manage G-EMS: job plans, worktypes, etc• Manage e-SPEC and ensure global spec is maintained with Samsung headquarters• Development and tracking of gap-closing actions• PM systems ownership (PM Scheduler, SBS, etc)• BM to PM activity coordination• BKM spread and internal audit for standardization• Turn PM VOC into procedure changes• Partner with Ops Manager for training coordination, certification, and skills analysis• Coordinate with Parts Conductor on ensuring PartsPM alignment• Set PM improvement strategies• Accountable for individual unit Part Training and understanding of the system.
