Samsung Electronics America – Plano, TX 75023 | 2020 Companies seeks a full-time Customer Operations Analyst to support customer service, supply chain, warehouse, and order management by analyzing data and KPIs. The role uses Excel, SAP, WMS, and other systems to optimize sales orders, inventory, delivery schedules, and customer data while mitigating risks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of Customer Support or Supply Chain experience.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with SAP and WMS, or similar business systems and/or sales order management software applications.
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, Formulas, etc.) and other Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with warehouse managers/supervisors to ensure data accuracy and present information to leadership.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to evaluate operation performance.
  • Plan and implement processes to resolve corrective actions.
  • Analyze customer purchase behavior and feedback to enhance service and relationships.
  • Collaborate with key account managers to resolve issues and expand relationships.
  • Identify sales solutions based on customer pain points and market research.
  • Maintain contact with stakeholders to manage key accounts and align with customer expectations.
  • Evaluate operational risks affecting delivery timelines or service quality.
  • Create Delivery Orders based on parts availability and sales orders.
  • Coordinate with Parts Warehouse for shipments, RMAs, and claims.

Job Type: Regular Work Location: Samsung Electronics America - Plano, TX 75023 Overview: 2020 Companies seeks a full-time Customer Operations Analyst to represent our client, Samsung Electronics America. Pay: $30 per hour Location: Based in Plano, TX The Customer Operations Analyst supports customer service, supply chain, warehouse, and order management operations by analyzing data, monitoring KPIs, and identifying opportunities to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction. This role uses advanced Microsoft Excel, SAP, WMS, and other business systems to analyze sales orders, inventory, parts availability, delivery schedules, and customer data while identifying operational risks and developing solutions to resolve issues. The Customer Operations Analyst partners with warehouse teams, Key Account Managers, Parts Warehouse, and other cross-functional stakeholders to manage customer accounts, coordinate shipments and RMAs, resolve customer issues and claims, and improve service delivery. The ideal candidate has experience in customer operations, supply chain, logistics, order management, or business analysis and brings strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and data management skills.

Job Description: Responsibilities

  • Create DO (Delivery Order) based on parts availability and/or allocation against customer Sales Orders
  • Work with Parts Warehouse to align with customers’ needs, in regard to shipment schedules, RMA processing, customer claims, etc.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
