Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between Samsung and enterprise clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Enhanced Activities: Lead internal projects aimed at improving account management processes and customer engagement strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration and service delivery
  • Act as an escalation point for complex client issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide support for urgent client needs

Work Environment
