Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Sample Storage Support Technician (Sample Runner) to manage unpacking environmental samples, recording temperatures, and organizing samples for entry in the lab. You will transport carts to designated areas and ensure proper handling per SOPs.

Position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, basic computer skills, and English fluency. Shifts include M-F and Tue-Sat with various start times; full-time employment with comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and stand/walk for a full shift.
• Professional working proficiency in English (read, write, speak).
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Unpack sample kits and coolers received at the lab.
• Record temperatures of samples at receipt and document discrepancies.
• Transport samples and carts to designated areas in the lab, including elevators.
• Read, understand, and follow SOPs and safety procedures.
• Assist Sample Registration and Bottles Prep as needed.
