R.J. Schinner Co., Inc. in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a part-time Sample Room Coordinator to support the VP of Marketing and team. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with creation of RJ Branded Sample Kits
• Pull, pack and ship RJ Branded Samples for sales team and customers
• Order inventory necessary for sample kit creation
• Assist with administrative tasks involved with RJ Branded Samples – report building and communication with sales rep/customer
• Daily usage of Microsoft Office to complete tasks
• Other duties as assigned by VP of Marketing and/or Marketing Lead

Job Summary

The Sample Room Coordinator will assist the VP of Marketing, Marketing Lead, and Marketing Assistant in the sample room labeling samples, creating sample kits, pulling samples/kits for orders, and preparing them for shipment as well as any additional tasks necessary pertaining to RJ Schinner Exclusive Brand samples.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with the creation of RJ Branded Sample Kits as directed
• Assist with pulling, packing, and shipping of requested RJ Branded Samples by sales team and customers as requested
• Order inventory necessary for sample kit creation
• Assist with administrative tasks involved with RJ Branded Samples – report building and communication with sales rep/customer as directed
• Daily usage of Microsoft Office computer system to complete tasks may be necessary
• Other duties as assigned by VP of Marketing and/or Marketing Lead
