Job summary

Eurofins USA Food Testing in Des Moines, IA is seeking a detail-oriented Sample Registration Clerk to support testing workflows and client invoicing. This role involves receiving samples, entering data per SOPs, and coordinating with technical staff to ensure accurate reporting and timely processing.

The successful candidate will have a High School Diploma and strong typing skills, with an Associate’s Degree in science preferred. This is a full-time position with benefits and on-site hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive samples for analysis and enter data in the system per SOPs.
• Work with technical staff to meet client expectations in testing, reporting, and invoicing.
• Perform sample registration duties and troubleshoot tickets.
• Organize and prioritize sample registration tasks to maximize productivity.
• Maintain safe, efficient work practices and update procedures as needed.
• Support with training and cross-team collaboration as required.
