Job summary

Murata Electronics in Rockmart, Georgia is seeking a Sample Order Support Coordinator to ensure high-level customer satisfaction by coordinating sample requests, orders, and cross-functional communications across marketing, sales, logistics, finance, and manufacturing.

You will enter and monitor orders in our systems, manage backlogs, shipments, invoicing, and billing, and provide timely status updates while upholding export and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service, planning, sales operations, logistics, sample management, or order management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills with focus on continuous improvement.
• Interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Enter, maintain, and manage customer demand and sample requests in GSS/GSR.
• Create, release, and monitor firm customer and factory orders.
• Monitor and manage customer backlogs, expedites, cancellations, and refunds.
• Process order changes and cancellations with accurate data.
• Ensure orders are tracked and updated from entry to completion.
• Communicate status and issues with local and international teams to meet fulfillment goals.
