Job summary

Murata Electronics is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst in Georgia to build and analyze data across the supply chain, influencing cost, efficiency, and process improvements. The role involves supporting transportation, logistics, and warehouse activities in a hybrid setting from Rockmart or Atlanta.

You will use Excel, Power BI, and RPA to create SCM data applications, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3+ years of applicable work experience (e.g., supply chain, logistics, etc.).
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent analytical skills, including creation and analysis of data pertaining to all areas of Murata’s supply chain.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively; team-oriented environment.
• Must be adaptable and able to handle changing conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supports transportation, logistics inventory, trade compliance, and warehouse as needed to optimize performance.
• Analyzes logistics data including freight, inventory, and cost data to identify performance improvements using internal systems, 3PL portals, and CBP ACE system.
• Initiate new processes or changes to existing processes based on logistics cost, efficiency, and effectiveness factors.
• Create and support digital SCM data applications using Excel, Power BI, and RPA.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams to achieve efficiency improvements or solutions.
• Review and analyze system data integrity and suggest changes as needed.
• Support other departments with data-related projects or cross-functional teams.
• Perform other job-related responsibilities and duties as needed.
