Job summary

Bed Bath & Beyond is seeking a Samples & Merchandising support specialist in the Dallas area to manage product samples for photography and ecommerce teams. You will log, tag, store and track samples, and coordinate hand-offs to Buyers and Merchandisers.

In addition, you will support Mock Store setups and the Buying office with data entry and sample organization, ensuring accuracy across trackers and systems. Strong organizational skills are essential in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Based in Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with cross-functional collaboration ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage samples for photography, ecommerce merchandising and visual teams.
• Receives, logs, tags and stores all incoming vendor and product samples; maintains organized sample room and library.
• Maintains sample tracking log and database, recording details, location and status.
• Manages sample check-out and return for Buyers, Product Merchandisers and Visual Merchandising team.
• Prepares and stages samples for photography, line reviews and marketing shoots.
