Job summary

BioAgilytix, located in Durham, North Carolina, is seeking a Supervisor for Sample Management to ensure compliance and oversee a team of Technicians and Specialists. The role requires both lab and office duties, focusing on GxP/CDX regulations.

The ideal candidate will have at least six years of experience in a similar environment and possess leadership skills. This full-time position has a shift schedule from 1:00pm to 9:00pm, Monday to Friday, covering diverse responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical GxP-regulated environment.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise sample management and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Technicians and Specialists in sample management.
• Ensures compliance with GxP/CDX regulations.
• Conducts performance reviews and coaches team members.

Skills

In-depth knowledge of GxP and/or CDX regulations

Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment

Excellent organizational skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and Word

Education

High School diploma with 6+ years in sample management

Associate or Bachelor's degree in biological science
