Job summary

BioAgilytix in San Diego is seeking a Sample Management Technician for a fast-paced onsite role. You will handle GxP-compliant processing of incoming samples, manage chain-of-custody, and ensure timely readiness for testing.

Responsibilities include data entry in LIMS/eSMS, sample storage, shipments, and supporting audits. Requires high school diploma and ability to work under regulatory standards in a dynamic lab setting.

Qualifications

• GxP regulations experience or training is required.
• Ability to work under CAP/CLIA/NYS regulations in a lab setting.
• Fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Accessions samples into LIMS and tracks chain-of-custody.
• Import data into eSMS and notify clients about receipt.
• Ensure samples are ready for analysis and manage storage.
• Ship samples domestically or internationally and handle audits.
