Job summary

Catalent’s Greenville, North Carolina site is seeking a Sample Management Technician I to support sample handling in a GMP environment. You will manage stability samples, reference standards, controlled substances, and logistics for internal and external customers.

The role emphasizes following regulatory guidelines, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting inventory and reconciliation processes. Onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; one year of applicable experience or completion of Grads2Work/BioWorks preferred.
• Must be able to sit, stand, and walk regularly; lift over 30 lbs.
• Must have access to manufacturing floor and office areas and operate standard office equipment.
• Strong documentation and recordkeeping skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume sample inventory with accurate tracking and organization.
• Perform routine and precise use of analytical balances for weighing and prep.
• Maintain thorough documentation including lab records and SOPs.
• Ensure quality compliance through accurate recordkeeping and procedures.
