Phillip Jeffries is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Sample Fulfillment to join our Fairfield, NJ team. You will pick, pack, and process wallcovering samples for clients, reporting to the Sampling Fulfillment Manager and supporting a smooth, turnaround-focused operation.

The role emphasizes accurate receiving, fast replenishment, and maintaining a tidy, efficient workspace. Prior fulfillment experience is a plus, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and analyze documents, reports and computer screens in English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Excellent time management.
• Previous experience in fulfillment centers a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and process samples with precision to ensure timely delivery.
• Meet internal and external SLAs and streamline fulfillment processes.
• Share ideas with the team to improve the sample fulfillment system.
• Keep a clean, organized work area that is tour-ready and compliant with 5S standards.
