This position collaborates with the Sample Shipping Specialist and quality teams to maintain production flow. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least one year of related fabrication or production experience, with on‑the‑job training considered

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related fabrication/production experience preferred.
• On‑the‑job training may substitute for some education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Cut, fabricate, and assemble components for finished product samples.
• Operate production machinery, power equipment, saws, and hand tools safely.
• Produce samples within specifications and quality expectations.
• Inspect finished samples for color, function, and cosmetics.
• Ensure equipment is safe and properly set up before use.
• Maintain a clean, organized fabrication area.
