Job summary

ClinLab Solutions Group is seeking a position focused on chemical handling and packaging for sample requests. The role involves processing requests, labeling jars, packing and shipping, and maintaining stocked materials to support compliant operations.

Ideal candidates have experience with chemical handling, familiarity with ISO 9001 and OSHA/Process Safety practices, and an associate degree in a related field. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely task completion.

Qualifications

• Experience with chemical handling.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and EFFCI is preferred.
• An understanding of current OSHA/Process Safety practices & procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compile, fill, process, close & ship sample requests using our computer system.
• Maintain ample stock of filled jars.
• Monitor supply levels for boxes, jars, packing materials and other supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace ensuring safety & quality standards for chemical handling and packaging.
• Follow all safety procedures related to chemical handling & packaging.
• Review and evaluate Customer leads for the US and Canada.
• Communicate with required individuals to get tasks completed.

Job description

• Compile, fill, process, close & ship sample requests: utilize our computer system to receive requests, fill and label jars of chemicals, pack and ship out packages.
• Maintain ample stock of filled jars
• Monitor supply levels: stock of boxes, jars, packing materials and other supplies
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace that enables chemical handling and packaging activities to be completed according to defined safety & quality standards
• Follow all safety procedures related to chemical handling & package handling
• Review and evaluate Customer leads for the US and Canada
• Communicate with required individuals to get tasks completed
