Louisville Metro Government seeks a proactive Outreach and Training Coordinator to manage project-related trainings and client services. You will serve as the primary contact for community organizations and trainers, coordinating logistics and ensuring services and referrals are in place.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in Social/Human Services and at least two years’ experience delivering trauma-informed, evidence-based programs within affected communities. Valid driver’s license is required.
The purpose of this position is to conduct outreach, manage, and coordinate all project-related training activities and client services in a timely and effective manner. Serve as the primary point-of-contact for all community organizations, trainers, and service providers who are engaged in project-related training and services. This class works under general supervision, independently developing work methods and sequences.
