Job summary

Intermountain Health Heber Valley Hospital in Heber City, Utah is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide preoperative and postoperative care during same-day surgical experiences, assess patient needs, and coordinate interdisciplinary care.

The RN will work Mon-Fri, 6:30am-5:00pm with possible overtime, no on-call requirements, opportunities for professional growth, and comprehensive benefits in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BSN from an accredited program; degree will be verified.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• BSN required as of 4/27/2025 update.
• Compact Licenses must be transferred within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Assess: assesses physical, social, and psychological status and information from interdisciplinary team.
• Plan: develop individualized plan of care with patient/family involvement.
• Implement: coordinate care and manage time, supplies, and resources.
• Evaluate: reassess and revise plan based on outcomes and satisfaction.
• Professionalism: adhere to ethical/regulatory standards and document accurately.
