Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Same Day RN (Pre/Post Op RN) for a full-time, on-site position at Alta View Surgery Center in Sandy, UT.

The nurse will provide direct care to ambulatory patients in a surgical setting, following physician orders and center policies. Requirements include graduation from an accredited school of nursing, current RN license, CPR and ACLS, and at least one year in pre- or post-operative care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing; current state RN License.
• CPR required.
• ACLS required.
• Minimum one year in pre-operative and/or post-operative surgical patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assists in provision of nursing care to patients in an Ambulatory Surgical Center setting.
• Assumes total responsibility for patient care in accordance with physician's orders and center policies.
