Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BSN degree from an accredited institution; BSN required as per job description update.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
• Compact license transfer to the state of practice within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from the care team.
• Collaboratively develop and adjust individualized plans of care with patient and family involvement.
• Direct and coordinate interdisciplinary team to deliver care per plan and within licensure.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise care plans as needed.
• Document accurately and timely, upholding legal and ethical standards.
