Job summary

Jimmy Jazz is seeking a warehouse associate to support receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping operations. You will build pallets, load/unload trailers, and ensure timely order fulfillment while maintaining accurate shipment tallies.

The role requires basic office skills, forklift experience preferred, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly. Excellent teamwork and safety practices are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Forklift or reach truck experience preferred
• Clear communication and teamwork
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods

Responsibilities

• Build and prep pallets for shipment.
• Load and unload trailers.
• Ship all orders on time (same day) and create accurate tallies for outbound shipments.
• Adhere to Quality Compliance standards and record compliance data (cover #, date, model, etc.).
• Maintain daily inventory and supply factory with necessary materials.
• Report daily mattress or foundation requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse.
• Wrap, palletize, and label special orders (Canada or LTL).
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager.
