Job summary

Jimmy Jazz is seeking a motivated Pick/Pack Associate to support warehouse fulfillment operations in Goodyear, AZ. You will pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment, while following all safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse picking/packing/shipping experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Operate barcode scanners and basic equipment.
• Basic computer skills for electronic forms.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Able to stand and lift/move materials.

Responsibilities

• Read and fulfill orders accurately.
• Pick, count, weigh, and verify items.
• Scan barcodes to maintain records.
• Assemble orders for shipment or storage.
• Pack, label, and prepare orders per requirements.
• Inspect products and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace.
• Complete order and shipping documentation.
• Organize orders by shipping location and carrier.
