Saint Luke's Physician Group in Kansas City is seeking a BC/BE family medicine physician to join our Same Day Access Clinic team at the Perryman Primary Care clinic on the plaza.

About the position:

• This full-time role involves 4 days a week with 36 patient contact hours; no weekends, holidays, or call.

• The candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, focusing on urgent, non-emergent health concerns.

• Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating acute illnesses and injuries, coordinating follow-up care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely access to healthcare services.

• Additional duties involve providing care for acute, non-life-threatening conditions, medication refills, sports physicals, and annual wellness visits.

• The physician will work with APPs, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure continuity and quality of care, address care gaps, and assist with scheduling and patient navigation.

• Perform minor procedures such as suturing, wound care, incision and drainage, and splinting, while delivering compassionate, culturally sensitive care to patients of all ages.

• Ideal candidates should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, and be able to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.

• The role utilizes a fully integrated Epic EMR; prior experience or familiarity with Epic is preferred.

• Requirements include BC/BE in Family Medicine and the ability to obtain MO/KS medical licenses.
