Job summary

Britt Medical in the Boston area is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support its Same Day Access Clinic. You will provide same-day clinical care and focus on transitional care visits, including hospital discharge follow-ups, to improve patient access.

You will evaluate, diagnose and treat acute and subacute conditions, coordinate care with primary care teams, and work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with 8–9 hour shifts and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts licensure as NP or PA required
• Board certification required
• Experience in primary care, urgent care or transitional care preferred
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic same-day access setting

Responsibilities

• Provide same-day clinical care for patients
• Focus on transitional care visits including hospital discharge follow-ups
