Job summary

Britt Medical in the Boston area is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for ambulatory pulmonary care. This full-time, 40-hour, Monday-Friday position supports three outpatient locations and a team of two Pulmonary Physicians, with strong clinical supervision.

The successful candidate will manage follow-up care after hospitalization for acute pulmonary conditions, order and review labs, and maintain precise EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts licensure required.
• Master's-level MSN with Adult Health Nurse Practitioner preparation.
• ANCC certification required.
• Prescriptive eligibility required.
• 2+ years of prior experience preferred.
• New graduate NPs may be considered if they have a strong nursing background or NP residency.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ambulatory pulmonary care.
• Follow-up care after hospitalization for acute pulmonary conditions.
• Order and review laboratory studies as needed.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Work with two experienced Pulmonary Physicians.
• Support expansion of access to pulmonary visits in ambulatory settings.
