C&S Wholesale Grocers is seeking a Repack Associate to support sustainability by repurposing damaged items and inspecting goods for defects. Earn $21.00 per hour for full-time, 1st shift, with schedule TBD at 500 North St Windsor Locks, CT 06096.

You will help maintain high-quality products, assist with warehouse operations, and benefit from paid training, weekly pay, and benefits from day one. This position emphasizes attention to detail, safety, and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Attendance, initiative, productivity, quality and safety are essential requirements.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and remove damaged product from cases and repackage salvageable items for warehouse return.
• Stack unsellable product on pallets, shrink-wrap, and load onto trailers for shipment to other facilities.
• Record receipt of returned goods from inbound trailers and ensure proper documentation.
