Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates baler safely and in accordance with policies.
• Bales salvageable merchandise and determines items that can be baled together or must be processed separately.
• Processes salvage and donations efficiently based on company needs.
• Maintains bale count and production rates as specified.
• Assists with movement of goods and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Keeps dock area and vehicles clean and organized.
• Follows safety procedures and reports hazards or incidents.
• Ensures saleable merchandise reaches the sales floor.
• Assists with influx of donations.
